vagrantをアップデートしたら起動しなくなった

Linux Mac virtualbox vagrant 開発 
$ vagrant up

こんなエラーが出てvagrantが起動しなくなった。
どうやら、VirtualBoxとVagrantのアップデートをした際にインターネットからダウンロードしたプログラムなので
管理者が意図的にインストールした物かどうかの許可を与えなくてはならないみたい。

と言うことで

システム環境設定 > セキュリティとプライバシー > 一般
のダウンロードしたアプリケーションの実行許可をチェックして再起動すると起動出来た。
